In his health care practice, Matt concentrates on the representation of health care providers (primarily physicians and dentists) and advises clients with respect to internal governance issues, hospital/physician contracting, Medicare/Medicaid Fraud & Abuse and Stark Law compliance, licensing, and other regulatory matters. |
